I'm half less miserable cuz my application of public MSN got rejected LOL:0) BUT after deep thoughts over the night, I suddenly realized that I can try to use the web version instead.....hehe...and it works!! So, kind of incovenient and slow...but better than nothing loh

Now, I wonder whether the IS department will keep track on staff Internet surfing activities. Haiz... in my entire working life in the IS department, I'm the one who restrict people from connecting to MSN, I'm the one who track people's internet activity. I have UNLIMITED access to ANYTHING! Now that I'm no longer in IS dept.......this is happening to me!!!!!! wuah!!!! Retribution ah!!!!!

My office have just implemented a "go public" IM today! Meaning....you will be able to use MSN between worldwide colleagues using @quest.com account but at the same time you can migrate your personal contact to this account. That...also means that your existing account with is my personal MSN can no longer be use!!!!!! And in order for me to get access even to the @quest.com account, I need an approval from my VP. It's VP leh, not direct boss ok! Two level up hor.

So today.....I can only see people online, people can only see me online but no communication can be done. So sad u know!! Without hesitation, I "protest". I follow the link that say I'm not authorized to use MSN and click "here" to apply. And I did applied justifying why I should be given the access! Of course say it's work related lah and even mentioned I need to hold discussion at home too. But that's a fact ...I'm not lying although that's just part of the reason =P

Keep my finger cross that it'll get approved by the time I check my mail tomorrow......**sob**sob**

Because all important appliances at home seems to be worn out one after another. First is the air-con. It just refuse to provide me with the comfort of cool air despite an attempt to get it service. Even the serviceman commented that it's time to change....... Having said that, I'm still surviving with it having to bear the hot air at one time and a couple of mins of cold air the next minute. Easily..........S$2K will be gone in the next few month to get all 3 unit replaced.

Next, my TV! It suddenly refuse to display anything out of no where yesterday. I felt soooooo miserable without the TV. Suddenly I'm lost, dunno what to do. I'll have nothing to do other than watching TV. So now TV not working, what am I going to do? :( My TV, my companion...... I decided to switch off the main power and let it "rest" for an hour or so.....thank goodness....it's back to life!!
